Our departments 

We have three amazing departments that all play a crucial role in our success; Product Development,  Field Operations and People & Culture.

Product Development - They built Insight! They are a team of passionate senior and junior system developers who love to build products that simplify cooperation and increase the value for great organizations, as well as have a lot of fun while doing it. The technical environment consist of modern techniques such as Java/Kotlin, Microservices, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes on the back-end and for the front-end we use Javascript, React, Redux, Apollo/GraphQL among others. 

Field Operations - They take care of our beloved customers! They work with Sales, Marketing, Support & our Partners. Their goal is to maximize growth of the customer base and customer adoption of Mindville products. We have an amazing partner program with over 100 partners all over the world, and it's important for us to make the customer’s whole experience with Insight flawless through every stage of their journey with us.
