If you are passionate about providing a world class support service to customers all over the world this role could be perfect for you. At Mindville support is considered our most valuable asset as you play a key part helping customer evaluate, test, launch and further succeed with our products. Each customer is unique and you will get a chance to develop both technical excellence, troubleshooting skills and mentor colleagues, customers and peers. With the skills and experience you acquire, there will be many opportunities to grow further into more technical, commercial or leadership oriented roles within Mindville.

Our support service is today purely web-based and currently we are operating in the HQ Stockholm, Sweden and in Montreal Canada. As our customer base expands, we will grow and develop the service covering more advanced support options as well as covering other regions. If you value an open culture, lots of freedom, collaborative teamwork and a fun working environment, we advise you to read on. 

Who you are?

  • You love digging into technology, solving complex problems and coming up with innovative solutions for customer problems
  • You love interactions with client giving them the best possible service
  • You enjoy sharing your skills with others and you are a great team player
  • You are eager to learn new stuff every day

Technical skills:

  • Deep understanding of operating systems (e.g. Linux and/or Windows)
  • Deep understanding of networks and relevant technologies, including proxies, LDAP, SSL, etc.
  • Understanding of server/client technologies (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Advanced skills in the English language

Desired competencies and personal merits: 

  • Experience with Atlassian product suite
  • Previous experience in customer support, software services, and/or system administration for a large sw community
  • Experience with Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban)
