Enterprise Sales Advocate

We’re developing a next generation platform for Asset Management / Enterprise Service Management and we aim to outperform and disrupt the older market leading alternatives and become a thought leader in this growing industry. To help us excel in our growth journey, we are looking for an Enterprise Advocate who can build and implement an effective sales strategy, help us define a data-  and value driven sales process and manage our top accounts. 

The role

Our sales model is non-traditional.  It is a transparent, client-driven low-touch sales process, build on digital- and data driven engagements. The process begins with our products, which have to be compelling or everything stalls. Marketing then works to get the word out and more eyeballs on our products. The buying experience is through self-service and the products can be evaluated using a freemium model. The main goals of our operations is to make the customer's whole experience flawless throughout the whole engagement process. Our Advocate group champions our customers by guiding them through the decision process, through evaluations and turning them into loyal fans who experiences growing business success with our products. 

As an Enterprise Advocates you should be customer-focused and creative and seek to  revolutionize the traditional sales model and find new ways to optimize our sales processes. You will have the ability to take the initiative to make our sales processes as efficient as possible and share your findings with your teammates. You need to have an understanding of the Enterprise Sales process & be able to help us apply what could work to the Mindvilles sales model.

More about you

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive team-player to join our team. You are customer-focused, creative, an effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, and analytical by nature.

You have 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in software sales and a track record of achieving targets. Experience with Atlassian portfolio and Ecosystem is a preference. You can effectively lead a sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting. But beyond all of that, you are someone who wants to challenge the traditional sales model and optimize sales processes. You love working in a fast-paced international environment, take the initiative to get stuff done or try something new, and love sharing your findings with your team to ensure we all benefit from your knowledge. You are fluent in English.
